Rules

For your protection as well as our other guests, we ask that you abide by these few simple rules:

1. No fire-arms or air rifles are to be used on the premises.
2. No large trucks on premises.
3. No junk automobiles.
4. No unlicensed or uninsured automobiles.  They will be towed away at owners expense.
5. All trash must be picked up.  If it is not, the owner will buy stickers and charge the stickers and time spent to tenants rent.
6. All lots must be kept clean and the grass cut.  If it is not, the owner will have the grass cut and charge it to your rent for his or her time.
7. No playing ball in driveways.
8. No playing ball on lawn.
9. All ball playing at the playground.
10. No profanity used on premises.
11. No loud music is permitted on premises.
12. All children on the north side of State Road 1400 must keep off joining lots at all times, unless invited on the premises.
13. No soliciting.
14. For all business transactions, see the manager or owners.
